By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Treasure Store reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to accept or reject your order for any reason. An order is not accepted until Treasure Store confirms acceptance. We must receive and process payment before an order is accepted. Please review your order carefully before submitting it, as Treasure Store may not be able to accommodate cancellation requests after an order has been accepted. If we do not accept, modify, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the email, billing address, and/or phone number provided at the time the order was made.

Purchases are eligible for return or exchange only in accordance with our Refund Policy [link].

You represent and warrant that the products you purchase are for your own personal or household use and are not intended for commercial resale or export.

4｜PRICING AND BILLING

Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product or service will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed and will be set out in your order confirmation email. Unless otherwise stated, listed prices do not include taxes, shipping, handling, duties, or import fees.

Prices posted on the online store may differ from prices offered in physical stores, other online stores, or stores operated by third parties. 5｜SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We are not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery. All delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance, or events outside of our control. Title and risk of loss pass to you at the time we transfer the products to the shipping carrier.

All other names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans on this Service are the trademarks of their respective owners.

We may provide you with access to third-party tools as part of the Services, over which we neither monitor nor have any control or input.
